    no,sorry for give the civil service exam firstly you will have to complete your graduation...
    Eligibility Criteria:

    You must be an Indian citizen.

    You should be a Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University.

    You should have attained the minimum age of 21 years and must not have attained the age of 30 years as on August 1 of the year of examination. Due age relaxation is given to candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes.

    Hello No a second year graduation student is not eligible for civil service exam. Minimum eligibility for this exam is to be a undergraduate.So after completing your graduation you will be eligible for it. ALL THE BEST

    No, You are Not eligible for UPSC Civil services examination because to apply for this examination you need to be a graduate and Only Final year Graduate candidates are apply for this examination. But you are in your 2Nd Year then you are Not eligible for this examination Now.

    now you are not eligible for civil service examinations after completing second year graduation.

    eligibility criteria:-

    **educational qualification is graduation in any stream from any recognized university.

    **final year graduate students are also eligible.

    **age limit is 21 to 30 years.

    **then apply exams.

    Dear friend,
    No my friend second year is not eligible for civil service examination.Candidate who is appearing for final year exam or completed his/her graduation is applicable for civil service examination.


    You have to apply for CSAT exam conducted by UPSC.

    Eligibility for CSAT:

    1.You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of filling the Civil Services (Preliminary) Exam form and not more than 30 years of age,33 for OBCs and 35 for SCs/STs

    2.Four attempts for open, seven for OBCs and no limit for SCs/STs.

    3.Candidate should have a graduate degree from any college which is recognized by UGC, or possess an equivalent qualification.

    4.Candidates who are in the final semester or have taken their final degree exam but are awaiting the results can also appear for the IPS Preliminary examination provided they furnish their proof of degree while filling the Mains form.


    Procedure is follows:

    1.In pre exam two papers will be there,each of two hours a) General studies and b)Optional subject.Objective type questions will be asked.

    2.Main paper comprises of 9 papers,each of three hours.One of the Indian languages,2 papers on general studies ,2 papers on option-1 and 2 papers on optional-2.

    3. In the end interview will be there.

    4.Merit list will be out.

    Important dates:

    1.The prelims will be held around May-June.

    2.The main written examination usually takes place in Oct-Nov.

    3.Interview will take place in the month of April-May.

    You have not specify which civil service are you talking about,anyway I am informing you about those civil services for which you are eligible------
    1>NDA(age between 16.5 to 19 years,no criterion for marks,physically fit,height minimum 157cms,eyesight 6/6)
    I think this is the Civil service that you can apply if your age below 19 years.

    No the second year graduation student cant apply for the civil service exam.
    Only the graduated or final year student can apply for the civil service exam. The age limit for the civil service exam is between 21 to 30.

    IAS is civil services examination which is conducted by UPSC.
    The examination has conducted in 3 stages.
    -Civil services preliminary examination (CSP)-Normally conducted during the second half of the may.
    -civil services (main) examination conducted during the month of October/November.Here those who are selected in the preliminary examination only are eligible to appear.
    -those who are select din the main examination will be eligible to appear before the interview .

    Eligibility criteria for IAS;

    Nationality:Indian
    Age limits:
    A candidate must have attained the age of 21 years and must not have the attained the age of 30 years.
    Educational qualifications:
    Bachelor degree of a recognized university with at least one of the subjects namely Animal husbandry & veterinary science,botany,chemistry,geology,mathematics,physi cs,statistics and zoology or a bachelor degree in agriculture,forestry or in engineering or an equivalent qualification.
    No.Of permissible attempts:
    4 attempts for general candidates , 7 for OBC and no limit for ST/SC candidates.

    You are not eligible for civil services.
    After completion of your graduation you are eligible for this exam.

    a 2nd year graduate student is not eligible for civil service examination. the minimum qualification for civil service is graduation. with out a bachelor degree you can't apply for civil service examination

    Second year degree students are usually not eligible for appearing civil service examination.Final year students are eligible provisionally
    on the condition that the applicant will become graduate before the Interview.The applicant must produce the degree course certificate at the time of interview

    I'm sorry to say you are not eligible for Civil Service Examination as a 2nd year graduation student.
    But you have a hope in last year.Those who have appeared or intend to appear for the qualifying examination and are awaiting results are eligible to appear for the Preliminary Examination. All such candidates who qualify to appear for the Civil Services Main Examination must produce proof of having passed the qualifying examination.

    A second year gradaution student is not eligible for the Civil services examination.This exam is conducted by UPSC for the recruitment of candidates for the government jobs like IAS,IPS,IFS etc.

    THE ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR IAS IS:

    1)A candidate need to be a graduate in any field from any recognized university.

    2)A candidate must be an INDIAN CITIZEN.

    3)A candidate's age must be between 21 to 30 years.

    4)There is a relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC candidates.

    5)The candidate's in their final year are also eligible for the exam but they have to submit their original certificates when they will be joining.

    6)Number of attempts: There is some restrication on the number of attempts according to the category.

    For SC/ST there is no limit on number of attempts.
    For OBC A candidate has 7 number of attempts.
    For Genreal category we have 4 number of attempts.


    7)The exam conducted is in three stages:

    1)CSAT(Civil services aptitude test)

    Sorry dude your not eligible to apply for civil service exam being in 2nd year of graduation.

    Because to apply for Civil service exams you need to have completed graduation or should be in final year of graduation.

    Civil services include IAS,IPS,IFS etc services..

    For apply for this exam you need to citizen of INDIA.

    Your age should not be less than 21 (or) not more than 30 years.

    If you belong to SC/ST then age criteria is 21-35 and for OBC it is 21-33.

    The minimum qualification needed to apply for civil service exam is having a Degree from a reconized university.

    You can also apply if you are in the final year of your graduation.

    Hi,

    No you are not eligible to appear for the Civil Service Admission test.

    The Civil Service Admission test is Conducted by UPSC (Union public service Commission) twice a year. The notifications about the exams are given in the Employment newspapers or it is updated in the official website.



    You can appear for the exam only after finishing your graduation or while you are pursuing your final year of graduation from a recognized University. Your age limit must be between 21 years to 30 years of age. Age relaxations applicable for SC/ST and OBC candidates.

    For SC/ST age relaxation is 5 years.(35 years)
    For OBC the age relaxation is 3 years.(33 Years)


    Attempts:
    >> General Category Candidates ca Attempt 4 times.
    >> OBC Candidates 7 times.
    >> SC/ST Candidates do not have any limits.


    Syllabus

    You need to appear for Preliminary and Main exams . The preliminary exam comprises of two papers and each carries 200 marks. The Main paper Carries 2000 Marks.

    So, when you start your final year undergraduate degree courses are then applied to the test.
    The test needs to satisfy the eligibility criteria for the application -

    I think you would make up for a good officer in future but i am sorry to say that you are not at present eligible to write the exam.
    I am listiing a few eligibility crieteria to illustrate my point
    LOOK
    >Firstly you need to be an Indian citizen.
    >You must have a graduate degree from a recognized institution
    >You must be above 21 years of age and not more than 30 years

    But there is nothing to worry as you would nearly have to wait only 2 years to achieve your dream
    so dude focus to complete your graduation with a good aggregate as now and you will have a great future

    you are not eligible for civil services examination when you are in the second year of your graduation.because only graduate or the student who are in the final year of his/her graduation is eligible and if you are a general candidate then age limit is 21-30 and you have only three attempts available.some relaxation are available for obc,sc/st,ex-service man,physical disable candidate.

    No you are not eligible to apply for the Civil Services Exams while Pursuing your second year of Graduation.

    The Civil Services Admission test(CSAT) is Conducted by the UPSC board twice a year. The Notifications about the exams are given in the employment newspapers.

    To appear for the exams you need to fulfill some eligibility Criteria like:

    You should be a graduate from a recognized university with any discipline with 60%.
    You must be 21 to 30 years of age.
    Upper age Relaxations applicable for SC/ST(5 years) and OBC(3 years).

    nooo.....you are not eligible as for that...

    you must hold a degree of any of the reputed Universities

    soo...it is better for you to first complete your graduation with brilliant score....

    after that...you will be completely eligible for that./...

    and your age limit till then...should be atleast 21 years...

    Sorry dear your character to be in 2 years of graduation not apply for civil service exams.

    The civil service exam to apply for graduation you have completed or be in the final year of graduation is required.

    Civil Services IAS, IPS, IFS etc. Services include ..

    The test for the application you need for a citizen of India.

    Your age (or) no more than 30 years should not be less than 21.

    If you have SC / ST and OBC are the criteria for age 21-35 to 21-33.

    Civil Service Exam Eligibility Requirements to apply for a university degree is reconized.

    You are perfectly eligible after your graduation
