Science Stream is a good stream even though you are weak in Math.If you are interested in the Science stream then work hard no matter your interest will definitely get you through .....else you can also take the Science stream without Math i.e; PCB but after completing 12th in this combination you can choose only the following graduations such as:
>B.Pharm
>B.Sc
>MBBS
>BDS
>BHMS
>B.Sc in Nursing
>B.Sc in Agriculture.

dont worry dude if you find some difficulty in maths then you dont want to worry about it.if you like science and you are ready to work hard and sincerely then you can do science.and you can go to maths classes so you feel easy for maths.n i think if you take science then after there are several career option are available so you should take science without afraid of maths.

no its not a problem..
don't worry about that just work little harder to score good maths in maths
do daily practice of sums at least give 1 hour to maths daily..
but don't forget that physics and chemistry is also difficult to do so..
work hard to achieve good marks.
and in future you can have many option to do in future you can opt for any course...
