IBPS stands for Institute of Banking and Personnel Selection, and it will conducts the Common written examination (CWE) For the Post of PO every year, For this year bank PO Examination was already completed and The result of IBPS bank PO Examination was declared and availiable in the official website.

If you have missed the chance to apply for this year, then please apply for this examination next year. The Notification will be Published next year. But I have not provide you the exact date of declaration of Notification. So please check the official websites to get the Updates.

To apply for IBPS Bank PO Examination, you have to complete your Graduate degree course in any discipline form a recognised University, Final year candidates are strictly not allowed, So please apply for this examination after completing your Graduation. But for this your age should between 20 to 30 Years, Upper age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST/OBC Candidates.

There is No Restrictions in number of attempts to apply for this examination.

The selection are based on written examination and Personal Interview, the examination is Objective and you have to choose correct option otherwise you will loose your Marks.

Hi Sir,

I unfortunately got 41% in graduation but 58% in MBA . I have cleared CWE exam in 2011 held on Sep'11 with 128 score. I have just seen the UBI, Corporation bank and syndicate bank all require 50% for sc in graduation.

I am scared that even qualifying cwe exam i will not be eligible to apply in 19 psu banks.Is there any possibilty that i get call from any 19 banks with this marks.

You forget the chance to apply IBPS examination in this year . You have wait for next notification . Please check the official website and Employment news papers . I think next notification may be published on next year that means 2012 . So , wait for next notification .

For interested to apply CWE examination then you should qualified in bachelor degree in any stream with good percentage of marks from recognized university . You have score 60% percentage of marks in Graduation . If your belong from from sc/st candidates then relaxation is given for 55% percentage of marks .

Note :- First preference is given Commerce stream candidates .

Your age should be 21 to 30 years and relaxation is given for 5 years for sc/st candidates and 3 years for obc candidates .

You should be have basic computer knowledge and you should also qualified in any one of the computer course .
