    RTO Exam is known as Regional Transport Officer Exam, You need to mention your state where you want to sit for the exam. it is not possible to give the information without knowing the state.
    This exam is held by public service commossion. so you need to contact them for information.

    MPSC conducts the RTO exam and they are the one who recruitsthe candidates.

    A degree from a recognized university is required to appear for MPSC [Maharashtra Public Service Commission] examination.
    To be an RTO officer, you need a B.Sc. degree with Physics and Mathematics or B.E. or B.Tech

    RTO(Regional Transport officer) exam is conducted by Public Service Commission of the respective state.
    The eligibility criteria for RTO exam is :

    -You must have minimum educational qualification of 10th.
    -You must be fluent in your local language,English and general studies.
    -You must have driving license for all type of Vehicle.

    You have to fulfill the above eligibility conditions to appear for the RTO exam of your state.
    As you asked about your eligibility then I would say that you are completely eligible for RTO exam of your state.

    [B]The eligibility criteria for RTO exam is:

    .You must have completed your Graduation in any field.
    .You must belong to the same state for which you are appearing for the test.like if you are appearing for Karnataka RTO exam then you must belong to Karnataka state.
    .You must have License for all types of vehicles.
    .You must have proper command over Local language,English and General Studies.
    .You must be a Citizen of India.

    According to the eligibility criteria you are not eligible for RTO exam as Diploma is Under-graduate degree,so you must complete your Graduation degree first,then you will be eligible for RTO exam.

    RTO examinations are generally conducted by public service commission of each state of India. Well as you have not mention which states you are from so its little difficult to tell you in the details .But i will still try to help you out by giving you the general idea about the exams .

    The RTO examination is done for three post ::

    1.Judicial service post
    2.clerkship post
    3.sub assistant engineer

    The eligibility criteria for all the post is different .

    Eligibility criteria ::

    For Judicial Service post ::

    You should be Indian citizen
    You should be between 23 year to 34 years.
    You should have degree in law from recognized university
    You should be able to read, write and speak particular state’s language.

    For Clerkship Post::

    You should be a citizen of India.
    You should have passed 10+2 from a recognized board .
    You should be between 18 years to 37 year old.

    For Sub Assistant Engineer::

    You should be an Indian citizen.
    The interested students should have got a 4 year degree in engineering in any one of the following streams ::

    Civil
    Mechanical
    Electrical.

    You should be not more then 32 years .

    You are not eligible for RTO exam as you have not completed your degree.
    Eligibility criteria for RTO exam are as follows: -

    1. Pass graduation / Bachelor’s degree in any subject or in any engineering stream or equivqlent from a recognised institute / university.

    2. Age - 21 Years to 30 Years for General candidates, 21 Years to 33 Years for OBC candidates and 21 Years to 35 Years for SC / ST candidates.

    3. Nationality - Indian

    NOTE: - Final year appearing candidates can also apply for RTO exam.

    RTO stands for Regional Transport Officer.

    This exam is conducted by Public Service Commission.

    RTO exam is to recruit the candiates for mainly 3 posts:-

    JUDICIAL POST

    CLERKSHIP POST

    THE SUB ASSISTANT ENGINEER POST.


    For Judicial post:-

    You need have graduation degree from a reconized university of law.

    Your age need to be between 19 to 23 years.

    You need to be citizen of India.

    You need to have knowledge of the state mother toung .

    For Clerkship post:-

    You need have completed 12th from a reconized board of the state.

    You need to be citizen of India.

    Your age need to be between 18 to 37years.

    For The Sub Assistant Engineer post:-

    Maharashtra public service commission is the Authoritative state for conducting the Maharashtra state civil service services examination in the state.

    A part from the civil services examination ,commission also conducts the several examinations and carries out selection process of candidates can be varied departments of Maharashtra department.

    The Office of MPSC is situated in the capital Mumbai.

    This examination is held for the post of

    Deputy collector Class I
    Deputy Registrar
    Assistant Secretary

    Hi,

    RTO exam conducted by Civil Services.
    You must be at least 21 years of age of filling the Civil Services (Preliminary) Exam form and not more than 30 years of age (various relaxations are available for different categories).
    You must possess a graduate degree.Candidates who are in the final semester or have taken their final degree exam but are awaiting the results can also appear for the IAS and IPS Preliminary examination provided they furnish their proof of degree while filling the Mains form.

    RTO Exam - Regional Transport Officer Exam,
    There are the no. of posts in this exam but lets we talk about in general-


    Eligibility-
    One should need a graduation qualification to appear for this exam and the marks in the graduation is above then of 50% and also age should be between 18 to 30 years..
    So if you fulfill the above criteria then you may eligible for the RTO exam…
