    Dear friend.
Associate Member of Institute of Engineer (AMIE) is a pioneer institute providing the non formal education in the field of engineering.
It conducts engineering exams called Section A and B which a candidate on passing become a AMIE degree holder. This degree is not the regular or usual engg degree but is considered equivalent to the B.tech or B.E. and has been considered equivalent by many universities across India.
So no one can deny admission into the M.tech computer science course if you want to go for it as the AMIE degree in computer science that you have is equal to the regular B.tech or B.E.
So after AMIE just go for the M.tech through the GATE exam. After qualifying the GATE exam and based on the GATE score you can get admission in various govt colleges in India for M.tech course.
Also I would like you to mention your current location so that I can provide you list of best part time or full time M.tech colleges in that area or city.

    : :GOOD LUCK: :
