    The candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university to appear for the MPSC exam. The upper age limit for the general category is 33 years and that for the reservation category is 38 years. The MPSC exam includes two parts – Preliminary exam and Main exam. The preliminary exam consists of general studies and subjects like chemistry, physics, biology, mathematics, political science, zoology, Indian history, botany, etc. The main exam includes both compulsory subjects like Marathi, English, general studies etc along with optional subjects. You can obtain the application form and the prospectus from the concerned post offices. The cost of the application form is Rs. 100/-. The exam fee for the general category is Rs. 400/- and that for the reservation category is Rs. 200/-.

    MPSC stands for Maharashtra public service commission.Which is conducted by the Maharashtra state civil services examination in the state.


    Eligibility for MPSC:

    -You have to pass your degree/Engineering.
    For transport officeregree.Adequate knowledge of Marathi will be preferred.

    -Your age should in between 19-28 years.Relax able age up to 33 years for BC candidates.
    -Physical:
    Height:165 cms
    chest:84 cms for supt prohibition and excise or DSP/ACP.


    Exam pattern:

    The MPSC exam is conducts din the 2 phases.

    1.Preliminary exam.
    2.Main exam

    These MPSC examination is held for the post of

    -Deputy collector class1
    -Deputy Register(Co-operative)
    -Assistant secretary
    -Deputy superintend of police/Assistant commissioner of police
    -Maharashtra finance and accounts service Class1 & class 2

    FRIEND,

    ->MPSC stands for Maharashtra public service commission and This exam is conducted for the recruitment for the officers of central government.The exam is conducted once in a year.

    ->The Educational qualification for the exam is that you must be a graduate in any field from any recognized university.

    ->If you are in the final year of graduation then also you are eligible to appear.

    ->The Age criteria for the exam is:You must be between the age of 21 to 30 years.There is some Relaxation in the Age for Reserved categories.

    FOR SC/ST:->7 years
    FOR OBC:->3 years

    dear MPSC (Maharashtra public service commission conducts the all MPSC exams in India ,
    MPSC conducts three exams like
    • MPSC PSI,
    • MPSC STI,
    • MPSC ASSISTANT
    you will write this exams like
    • MPSC PSI you write in month of June,
    • MPSC STI you will write in the month of September,
    • MPSC ASSISTANT exam you will write on month of may,
    HOW TO APPLY
    • YOU have to FIRST sign up on the official website by geting up a log in ID and Password.
    • Fill up the Details completely.
    • View advertisement
    • Select a post/exam you want to apply for.
    • Get Examination ID.
    • Pay Fees in the state banl and get a transaction ID and date
    • Enter the bank Transaction ID.
    • If it ur application is complete then you have to wait for its acceptance.
    PSI means police sub-inspector , and STI means sales tax inspector ,asst.means mantralaya assistant.this exam is conducted by the MPSC.
    the syllabus is different for the both examination .
    sales tax inspector are selected through PSI-STI asst.exams,
    while sales tax officers (group A and group B) are selected through stae civil service exams,
    eligibility
    age limit
    you must have graduate from any discipline,you can also appear for the preliminary examination while you are in the final year of graduation,
    age limit for the STI asst. is 33 years for reserved category it is 38 years .
    for the PSI it is 28 years for reserved category it is 31 years .,
    education qualification
    you must have a degree from any Indian university or other educational institutions, if you are in the final year than also you can eligible for this exa,
    there is no limit for total number of attempts,
    there are three stages for the PSI-STI -assistant exam ,
    • preliminary examination,
    • main examination,
    • physical test and interview,
    preliminary examination,
    • this test is known as general ability test , the pattern will be in english and Marathi mediums,
    • total 150 questions and 300 marks , the duration of the exam is one and half hour.

    • Indian and world geography-20 questions,
    • arithmetic-20 questions,
    • general sciences-20 questions,
    • history-20 questions,
    • social reformers-20 questions,
    • Indian polity, panchayati raj and economics -25 questions,

    this exam is consists of multiple type questions ,the pattern will be in english and Marathi mediums,
    this exam is conducted in four places in Maharashtra,

    paper-1 carries 200 marks,
