    hai,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
AERONAUTICAL engineering is one of the highly ambitious and challenging fields to study in engineering and technology with very broad range for carrier growth .
this career is very important in the present day world.
unlike aerospace engineering ,a course in aeronautical engineering will make you to study of advanced
    • level physics,
    • mathematics,
    • with emphasis on thermodynamics ,
    • propulsion systems,
    • fluid mechanics,
    • applied mathematics,
    • and aero dynamics.
you have to be strong in physics, chemistry and mathematics afetr your 10th to get eligible for the aeronautical engineering.
in aeronautical engineering the courses offered are
    under graduate courses are
    • B.TECH in aeronautical engineering,
    • B.E in aeronautical engineering,
    post graduate courses are
    • M.TECH in aeronautical engineering,
    • M.TECH in avionics,
    • M.E in aeronautical engineering,
    • M.E in avionics,
    eligibility for undergraduate level.
you must have same eligibility like B.TECH ,you must have 10+2 (physics, chemistry, maths) with 50% of marks to get eligible.
and also english is compulsory for you at 10+2 level.
    age limit
    • you must have 17-21 years of age.
    eligibility for post graduate level.
if you want to get admission in the post graduate level than you must have degree in aeronautical or aerospace engineering .
and also you must have 50% of marks in the qualifying examination.
    eligibility for the doctoral level
to eligible for this course you must have post graduation in aeronautical or aerospace engineering .
and you must also have valid GATE course.
various entrance exams for undergraduate level
    • AIEEE,
    • IIT,
    • EAMCET and various state level exams.
some of the good institutes are
    • institute of aeronautical engineering-Hyderabad,
    • manipal institute of technology,manipal university-manipal,
    • Hindustan institute of technology and science, Hindustan university-Chennai,
    • MVJ college of engineering-banglore,
    • PEC university of technology-CHANDIGARH,
    • madras institute of technology , Anna university-Chennai,
    • inidan institute of aeronautical engineering and information technology-pune,
    • inidan academy of aeronautical engineering-Lucknow,
    • institute of aeronautical and marine engineering-banglore.
    fees structure
first year you have to pay compulsory fees like 75,000/-
second year you have to pay 55,000/- yearly and 29,000 per semister,
third year you have to pay 55,000/- yearly and 29,000 per semister,
fourth year also same like second and third you have to pay 55,000/- yearly and 29,000 per semister.

    hii
Aeronautical engineering is very passionate job i must say..
The eligibility criteria for this is
-having an aggregate of minimum 50% in+2 science/equivalent

if you satisfy this criteria then you can do
-crack AIEEE and get into NIT(mostly all of NITs have aeronautical engineering as subject)
    -crack IIT
-give separate entrance exams for colleges which give aeronautical engineering exclusively like
    -institute of aviation technology,haryana
-Nehru college of aeronautics and applied science, tamilnadu
    -Academy of aerospace and aviation,madhyapradesh
    -VSM aerospace,Karnataka
    good luck..
    thank you

Aeronautical engineer deals with the construction and maintenance of aircrafts , spacecrafts. It is one of the most challenging and interesting brnch of engineering. If you want to be aeronautical engineer , you can do B.Tech in aeronautical engineering. There are many institutes in India which offers 4 year B.Tech in aeronautical engineering course. For getting admissions in IITs you have to appear in IIT JEE , for which you must have minimum 60% in 12th. There are many other institutes for which you must have atleast 55% in 12th.

Re: Procedure to become an Aeronautical engineer?

Engineering graduation in aeronautical engineering is the basic qualification required for the post of aeronautical engineer. These professionals can find applications with air craft design, manufacture and maintenance. Candidates with 10 + 2 qualification can apply for engineering degree in aeronautical engineering. Qualification must be obtained with PCM as subjects. Selection of candidates to the course is done on the basis of AIEEE score. From next year onwards AIEEE score will be replaced by ISEET. State level entrance test will also help to have admission.
