    Dear friend ,
    If you have 56% marks and you belong to SC class then you are eligible to appear for IBPS exam.

    IBPS(Institute of Banking Personnel Selection) popularly known as IBPS conducts Common Examination for initial short listing of the candidates for selection of personnel in Clerical Cadre and Entry Level Officer cadre and Specialist Officers in all the 19 Public Sector Banks

    IBPS conducts Common Written Examination (CWE) 2 times in a year for Clerical posts in various banks.

    Eligibility for IBPS:

    1.You should be a citizen of India.

    2.Age limit: The minimum age limit is 18 years and maximum 28 years of age If you are a general candidate.5 yrs relaxation to SC/ST,3 yrs to OBC and 10 yrs to PH candidates.

    Educational qualification:

    (1) You have to have a pass certificate with 60% marks in 10th Class. For SC,ST,OBC,EXSM candidates are just passed.

    (2) Or you have a pass certificate with 50% marks in Intermediate (10+2), For SC,ST,OBC,EXSM candidates are just passed.


    (3)Or you have degree in any discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent.

    Exam Pattern:


    The Common Written Examination consists of objective types questions, total no. of questions is 250, total marks 250 and total time duration of 150 minutes.

    sir,you can attend IBPS(Institute of Banking personal selection) you are a 10th graduate,and it is common written exam for PO recruitment has 2 sections,the first one is objective type and the second one is descriptive type.In objective type totally 250 questions are there for 225 marks.And in descriptive type questions will be letter writing and essays for 25 marks with duration of 1hour.
    1.REASONING-50 questions-50 MARKS

    2.QUANTITATIVE APTITUDE-50 questions-50 MARKS

    3.GENERAL AWARENESS-50 questions-50 MARKS

    4.COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE-50 questions -50 MARKS

    5.ENGLISH LANGUAGE-50 questions-25 MARKS

    CALCULATION OF MARKS:

    for 1 wrong answer: -0.25(1/4 Th of negative marks)

    for every right answer: 1 mark

    THE TOPICS FOR THE DESCRIPTIVE TEST:

    Essays and letter writing-60 minutes

    Hi ..


    You can apply for the exam if you have 60% in ssc.

    Other wise you have to wait for 2 years.

    It was conducted two times a year :

    1st clerk exam last date got finished so you have to wait for next notification :

    the minimum eligibility for the IBPS clerk exam is 60%in the matriculation exam approved by the government,
    as you are a sc candidate you can attempt the exam with 56% percentage you need to provide your
    caste certificate ,

    Yes, You are eligible for IBPS Clerical examination, because to apply for this examination you need to passed in your 10Th examination and you have already completed your 10th examination, since you are form SC category, then you are eligible for IBPS Clerical examination and you dont need to scored any minimum percentage in your 10Th examination, Only passed in 10Th examination is Sufficient for you.

    For Other reserved categories candidates passed in 10Th examination OR 12Th examination OR in Graduation is Sufficient.

    So, You have belong to SC Category and you have already completed your 10th examination, so you are definitely eligible to apply for IBPS Clerical examination, to apply for this examination your age should between 18 to 28 years, But you are form SC Category then you will get 5 Year relaxation on age.

    The selection are based on the entrance examination and Personal Interview.

    But you are not apply for IBPS Clerical examination because the last date of apply for this examination was already over, so please apply for this examination next time, so please wait for the Notification and then apply for this examination. If you have already applied for this examination then please prepare well, so that you will be able to cracked this examination.

    The examination fees of IBPS Clerical examination was Rs 350 and you have to pay the fees through challan form in Nationalized banks and then you are eligible to fill the online application form, But the last date of apply for this examination was already over and the examination was going to be held on 27/Nov/2011.

    Hello friend,

    You can't apply for IBPS Entrance exam , because minimum requirement for IBPS Exam is graduation . So you have to first complete graduation from any recognized institute or equivalent . Detailed eligibility criteria for IBPS Entrance exam is given below .....


    Eligibility criteria for IBPS exam

    You should be a Citizen of India.
    You should have graduation form any recognized university or institute .
    Only graduation passed candidates can apply for IBPS exam.
    Your age should be between 20 years to 30 years.

    So first complete graduation with good marks then you can apply for exam .

    EXAM STRUCTURE FOR IBPS

    There wil be 5 sections in exam
    >> Test of Reasoning
    >> Test of English Language-25 for objective,25 for descriptive
    >> Test of Numerical Ability
    >> Test of General Awareness
    >> Test of computer knowledge

    Each section contain 50 questions for 1 marks each
    0.25 Marks deducted for every wrong answer
    Total will be of 250 marks

    hi friend!
    you can sit in the IBPS(institute for banking personnel selection) clerical cadre examination because for ST or SC students thier is no limit of marks in the 10th examination.

    Educational Qualification
    Candidate should
    secure 60% in 10th(for general and OBC category)(no limit for the STs or SCs)
    or
    50% in 12th (for general and OBC category)(no limit for STs or SCs)
    or
    a graduate from a recognized university

    dear for SC candidate no percentage is demanded for IBPS clerk written exam.
    But your age should be between 21 to 33 year as you belongs to SC category.

    but u r eligible for only clerk post,in here u can continue in the clerk post in life long,there is no promotions pramotions
    because you are a under graduate,u r eligible for only clerks
