    Dear friend,
    The criterion for this exam as follows----------
    AGE LIMIT
    18 to 28 years.

    MARKS
    60% marks in 10th or 50% marks in 12th

    Now some more thing that you need to know is-----
    1>You have to be good in the official language
    2>You have to appear in the exam from the state at which you want to work.

    As you have secured 50 % marks in 12th ,so you can sit for the IBPS exam.

    DETAIL OF THE EXAM

    Staring date of application August 25,2011
    Last date of application September 28,2011
    Date of written examination November 27,2011

    hi buddy,
    you can sit in the IBPS examination of lerical cadre.
    QUALIFICATION
    .minimum 60% in 10th or 50% in 12th or graduation from any recognized university.

    AGE LIMIT
    18 to 28 for general candidates
    age relaxation:3 years for OBC and 5 years for ST or SC

    MODULES
    1.aptitude
    2.reasoning
    3.english
    4.cleriacal(bank) aptitude
    5.computer knowledge

    My dear friend
    Here i am sorry to say you are not eligible to write IBPS clerk.Because you have less percentage.Basically the required percentage is 55% in intermediate for writting clerical exam.So the age of the candidate is 18-28 years.So as per your percentage you are not eligible.
    So you can try po exam in IBPS if you get good percentage in graduation

    Information About IBPS Clerical Examination :

    IBPS Stands for Institute of Banking Personnel Selection and It will conducts the common written examination for Clerical Post every year Two Times for 19 Public sector Banks. For this year Notification was already Published and the last date of apply for this examination was already Over, the examination will be held on 27/Nov/2011.

    If you have missed the chance in this year, then please do not worry, Just apply for this examination Next year, To apply for IBPS Clerical Recruitment Examination, you Have to complete your any one of the Given Examination.

    (A) You have to complete Your 10Th examination with Minimum 60% Marks. (OR)

    (B) You have to complete your 12Th examination with Minimum 50% Marks (OR)

    (C) You have to complete your Graduate degree course in any discipline form a recognised University.

    And You have Already satisfied the given eligibility (That you have scored minimum 50% marks in your 12Th examination). So please do not worry, Just apply for IBPS Clerical examination after declaring the Notification.     IBPS stands for "Institute of Banking Personnel Selection".

    ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA -

    Educational Qualifications-

    General Candidates and others - 60% or more marks in class XII*
    and 55% or more marks in Graduation or Post Graduation.

    Age - Not below 21 years and not above 30 years.

    Yes dear it is very much possible for you to write
    IBPS clerk exam after passing 10th class with 51%
    and 12th class with 50%.
    One of the eligibility for writing Ibps exam is
    12th class pass with 50%.
