Here i am sorry to say you are not eligible to write IBPS clerk.Because you have less percentage.Basically the required percentage is 55% in intermediate for writting clerical exam.So the age of the candidate is 18-28 years.So as per your percentage you are not eligible.
So you can try po exam in IBPS if you get good percentage in graduation

IBPS Stands for Institute of Banking Personnel Selection and It will conducts the common written examination for Clerical Post every year Two Times for 19 Public sector Banks. For this year Notification was already Published and the last date of apply for this examination was already Over, the examination will be held on 27/Nov/2011.
