Yes absolutely you can write for IAS examination after the completion of your graduation degree. The only thing is you have to apply for the exam like group-I when the notifications are held.According to my knowledge the date of group-I exam is over. But the mains will be probably November of this year.

Eligibility Criteria for IAS exam is:-
    1) Should be a citizen of India
    2) Should have graduation degree under any recognized university
    3)Age Limit is:-21-30 years
4)The possible attempts you can try to become an IAS officer is 4 attempts fo general category people and 7 attempts for SC/ST

The competition levels for the exam is extra-ordinarily at peek levels.
The exam pattern for IAS exam is at three levels:-Preliminary,mains and then personal interview

General Studies subject is common for both prelims and mains so prepare hard for it.There are two papers you have to attend.

    Paper-I:-
History of Modern India and its Culture
    Geography of India
Constitution of India and its Polity
    Current affairs.

    Paper-II:-

    India and the World
    Indian Economics
    International affairs and institutions
    Statistical Analysis

Other than this you have to prepare subjects which you mentioned as your areas at the time of filling the application because you have to prepare some subjects under optional category like maths etc..,

Prepare hard and achieve success.Concentrate on your goal, determination, dedication is more important.

    All the best.
