->yes you are eligible for merchant navy on the basis of b.c.a qualification.
->as you are graduate then you have no need to join the merchant navy on the basis of NDA.
->you can go for merchant navy by giving the entrance exam CDS.
->there are two rounds:-
(a)written test.
(b)interview
->you should have at least 60% marks in B.C.A then after that you are eligible for merchant navy.
