it depends upon the state in which you want to apply for B.E.D in general a Graduation degree is needed some states have 50% criteria some have not like :
in U.P YOU CAN DO B.ED after b.tech but in rajastahn you can not do same
but i will suggest you if you want to go for education field than go for mtech.........so you can get a job in engineering college

    hello friend..!!

->yes,of course, you can take B.Ed training after completion of B.TECH.
->after B.TECH ,you can go for various types of courses like MBA and M.TECH.
->but if you want to go for teaching line then choose B.Ed course.
->B.Ed stands for bachelor of education.
->the eligibility criteria for B.Ed is that you should be graduate.
->you should have at least 60% marks in graduation.
->if you want to go for teaching line in government sector then you should have B.Ed as your qualification because it should be must.

    thank u!!

    hi....
YES! you can certainly take up b.ed if you have interest in the teaching line.
with b.tech as backup you will be able to succeed in b.ed with good knowledge and presentable skills.
    go ahead with your decision.
    ALL THE BEST!!!!

My Dear Friend B.Tech is a Graduation course after which you can find good jobs in Good Companies.
Or you can also go for M.Tech or MBA etc. for Higher Studies. So i will suggest you not to go for B.Ed when there are other better options Available for you.
But if you really want to go into teaching line and want to do B.Ed only then there is not an Issue. Sure you can go for it. It is not a big deal. You will be a teacher someday.
    Some Requirements:

You need to score at least 60% marks for going into B.Ed course.
You will also have to clear the B.Ed entrance exam.
    Thanks.

After completing B.tech you are not allowed for B.ED .
Only those candidates who have completed degree in Bachelor of science ,arts and commerce are allowed to take B.ed training.

After B.tech you already have good scope of job if you possess talent and skill in your desired field.

So as my information B.tech students are not allowed to take B.ed training.
