    Is it possible to take admission B.Tech(Civil) after completing 12th with Bi.P.C stream? In which university will I get admission?

    Hello sir, I completed my 12th With Bi.P.C (Botany, Physics, Chemistry). I want to take admission in B.Tech (Civil).

    In which university can i take admission. plz suggest.

    >>You cant opt for B.Tech in civil engineering after your such 12th profile

    You shold have minimum of 50% of marks in Physics,chemistry and mathematics(PCM)

    B.Tech is a Bachelors of Technology course, which is a 4 year full time graduation program. There are various streams under it like ECE, CSE, CE, ME, IT, EE, AE etc.


    But as you say that you have studied Botany, Physics and Chemistry, I am really sorry to say that you belong to the medical stream of science.


    You will not be allowed to take part in any Engineering Entrance as you left out on the Maths subject and it matters a lot.

    You can choose to do MBBS, or B.Pharmacy which are the only options in the medical stream.

    Hello friend,

    You are eligible to take admission in Engineering only,if you had completed your 12Th with Physics,Chemistry and Mathematics as compulsory subjects.

    Since you had completed your 12Th with Physics,Chemistry and Botany as your compulsory subjects,so you are not eligible to join Engineering stream,as you are a Medical student.But,you don't worry there are many other good courses for you in the Medical line.As you had completed your 12Th with Medical stream,so you can do the following courses:

    • M.B.B.S.(Bachelor of Medicine,Bachelor of Surgery)
    • B.D.S.(Bachelor of Dental Surgery)
    • B.P.T(Bachelor of Physiotherapy)
    • B.A.M.S.(Bachelor of Ayurveda,Medicine and Surgery)
    • B.Sc-Nursing(Bachelor of Science-Nursing)
    • B.Sc in any Medical Subject(such as Botany,Biology,Zoology)
    • BHMS(Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery)
    • B.Tech Biotechnology
    • Bachelor in Forensic Sciences.
