    hello friend..!!

    ->yes,it is possible to get an admission for B.TECH in correspondence after completing diploma in civil engineering.
    ->civil engineering is the good field and it has bright future.
    ->but there is better scope of B.TECH regular because you can't get on-campus placement.
    ->B.TECH stands for bachelor in technology.
    ->after B.TECH,you can join masters in technology or engineering.
    ->correspondence course has a good scope.

    thank u!!

    As displayed in the above Picture there are 2 ways of Independent Learning.
    These are:
    * Online Learning
    * Correspondence

    Now Independent Learning can be useful because one can learn whenever he/she feels Comfortable.
    There are no restrictions.
    You can gain a lot of bookish Knowledge.

    But the Worst part of independent learning is that you will miss the environment of a classroom.
    You won't be able to do Practical works.
    Moreover you also will be missing Campus Placements/Recruitment.
    These are really big factors which do not support Correspondence or Independent Learning.

    Now talking about your problem my friend Of Course you can do B.Tech in Correspondence.
    But Before doing that just consider the fact that only bookish knowledge is not necessary.
    If you are planning to go for some company in future it won't hire you on the basis of your bookish knowledge.
    You need to be practical my friend and B.Tech involves a lot of Practical work.
    Just Think about it.

    I have found a picture with the help of GOOGLE that tells us about B.Tech correspondence. Maybe it can help you.
    Here it is:

    So Best of Luck my friend and take the decision wisely bcoz it is a really big Decision.
    Thank You.
