yes you can go for MBBS after BSC if and only if you had biology in your BSC...and must have atleast 60%in PCB and 60%in all your subjects....your entrance exam will have questions from your BSC course....
MBBS is quite a good course and will offer you quite a good job and great life style...i will also advice you to go for higher studies after your MBBS you should go for PG course....entrance exam from now on for MBBS will be common from now on....and is know as NEET so keep a watch be vigilant...else you have to look for CBSE PMT and STATE JEEs....so be vigilant....

Yes for this again you have to start from square one. Just like anyone else you have to again give the entrance exam and crack the entrance to get a good medical college.
I would suggest M.Sc in nursing will be a better option for you. Although if medical line is your passion then any day going for the latter will be an ideal option for you no doubt. So take your decision wisely.

You can do MBBS only if you can go for join the joint entrance examination or JEE and clear it with a good rank. Normally general genre MBBS is given in government medical colleges is given at most upto 1000 ranks. After that dental and animal doctor, etc. categories come up. So in now way can you do it after B.Sc. In fact after B.Pharma also you will be regarded as a graduate in pharmaceuticals, not MBBS.
So why don't you go for a graduation in pharmaceuticals. You will get a graduation degree in medical genre. And after this directly go for MBA in pharmaceuticals. This will enhance your medicine knowledge and empower it with business domain knowledge also. So this will be helpful for you to first join some pharmaceutical company as a junior worker and deal with medicines. Then after 4-5 years after you gather knowledge on the administration part of the pharmaceutical company itself, then you can take the help of a consultancy firm and develop a company of yourself. I have seen that the pharmaceutical companies run long and run very high on money, as people need medicines in their day to day life(especially the life saving ones), so think about it.
