Hii.To get into the admission of M.SC PHYSICS you should require a bachelor degree with physics as a subject for at least two years ,and mathematics for at lest 1 year.
so you are not eligible to do MSC physics but you can do M.TECh .It is a good course and also it has a good scope in future.so,better you go for m.tech.
If you are interested in quantum mechanics you would have join in B.Sc physics only .Now you have to do the only thing is to join in M.TEch or any other course like M.B.A ,CAT,etc.
As you are a electronics background student my advice is to take M.TECH only .All The Best...

Yes you can do M.Sc physics after completing B.Tech from any branch. But in some colleges like IIT Delhi , the educational qualification required for it is only Bachelor's degree with Physics as a subject for at least two years/ four semesters and Mathematics for at least one year/two semesters. So the eligibility may vary.

    thank you. good luck.

sorry it is not possible to join M.Sc physics after completing your BE.
to join in M.Sc Physics you should have done Bachelors in Physics.
i would suggest you to do M.E with major of your choice.
prepare for GATE and join ME in good institutions. Gud Luck.

hi, why u want to do msc after msc u need to do Ph.D. or M.Tech. and u have to clear NET exam which is not easy. Do M.Tech in ur intersted field, and one more thing quantum is not easy not understandable.

    HELLO FRIEND,

YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR BE/B.TECH COURSE AFTER COMPLETING M.SC COURSE.

    BUT YOU DO M.TECH/ME COURSE.

THAT IS THE GOOD OPTION FOR YOUR CAREER.

    ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR M.TECH/ME:-

    **MASTER OF TECHNOLOGY/ENGINEERING

    **2YEARS COURSE

**ELIGIBILITY IS B.TECH/BE/MASTER DEGREE GRADUATION IN ANY STREAM.

**YOU WRITE GRADUATION APTITUDE TEST FOR ENGINEERING(GATE) ENTRANCE EXAM.

**FOR THAT NO AGE LIMIT AND NO LIMIT TO ATTEMPTS.

YOU CHOOSE ANY ONE SPECIALIZATIONS IN THE FOLLOWING STREAMS

    1.EMBEDDED SYSTEM

    2.NANO TECHNOLOGY

    3.VLSI DESIGN

    4.AERONAUTICAL

    5.MARINE

    6.AUTOMOBILE

    ALL THE BEST

    Dear friend,
It is not possible to do M.Sc Physics after B.Tech in any stream, because the criterion for M.Sc physics is Bachelor degree in Physics ,that means B.Sc in Physics.
But if you are in B.Tech why are you trying to do that,I think you better continue with your line.
    All the best.
