Hello ..Yes he can go for it but some times he may have to face problems regarding his job because he may have shifts as he a ward secretary .
If any shift is there when he is having classes so he cannot attained it due to his job . He will feel lot of stress in both the works .So,my advice is to think again before join and if you want to continue both you have to be ready to face the problems which may or may not occur...
