Panjab University was established in 1882 and it offers many undergraduate, post graduate and doctoral programs in different disciplines. This University conducts entrance exams every year to select eligible candidates in to Doctoral programs in different disciplines.

Structure and Pattern of Panjab University Ph.D in Industrial Chemistry Entrance Exam

The Panjab University Ph.D in IndustrialChemistry Entrance exam will include mainly two sections. This entrance includes objective and descriptive type questions. Objective type questions are included in Section –A. The total number of questions included in this section is 50. There is no negative marking in this section and the candidates are expected to answer all the questions within 1 hour. The total marks allotted for this section is also 50 marks. Section – B includes 10 descriptive type questions. Each question carries 10 marks and total time allowed is 2 hours.

Eligibility criteria of Panjab University Ph.D in Industrial Chemistry Entrance Exam

Post Graduation degree is the required qualification to join for PhD course. Candidates who have completed Post graduation in Industrial Chemistry or any other related field from a recognized institute can apply for PhD course for the same. Candidates should also score 55% marks in post graduation level to apply for this course. Those candidates who belong to reserved categories are provided a 5% relaxation in percentage of marks.
