Re: Which option is good between UPSC and MBA course after completing B.E in IT?

    hello dear

see, UPSC and MBA course both are different field.

whether first one is exam for getting govt jobs.

and second one is a professinal course.

if you are interested about to do govt jobs, then you must give the UPSC exam.

but if you want to do jobs in private sector then it will be better to do MBA.

after doing MBA you have chance to join in the IT industry as a manager.

    all the best........

Your question is incomplete ,You didnt tell your about your interest. You are doing BE IT , you dnt have any interest in Coding at all ?
If yes you have it you can do short term courses like programming in C/C++, java ,.NET,oracle to Improve your coding .
MBA will only Enhance your career in terms of Increase income potential. If you are looking for Attractive Salary packages then MBA is A far better option

    or

If you are looking salary packages and status UPSC Entrance Exams Will provide you as you might be Eligible for exams like IAS,IPS,CDS, IFS and many more where you will get Status and money above all. It Provide you Reputed and most responsible job in Govt. sector .

You better decide what you want to do .

    Good Luck!!

    Dear friend,

this is all depends on you, because according to me the interest is the most important thing in the student life. you can go for one of the both two field.

If you are interested in the UPSC then please do it because you can go in the govt. field by this exam. and you can also go for the MBA, which is also a post graduation degree.

you have to give the CAT exam for enter in the MBA field. if you get good rank in this entrance exam then you can be allotted a very good college.

B.tech is the bechlor degree in which you have learn about all the technical field, and now you can go for the MBA which is a business management post graduation.

    best of luck

    Hello my dear friend,

MBA is the best choice to you because if you go for UPSC Then it will take years of time to get job in that fields. But if you do MBA course then you will surely get the good opportunities with excellent packages in the top companies. If you want to get admissions in to MBA course then entrance exams are compulsory, otherwise getting admissions in to top business schools is not possible.CAT or MAT two are national wide entrance test.if you qualify in this test then you are eligible to apply for all the business schools in India.

    >>CAT is a common entrance test to be conducted by IIMs to get admissions in to their management programs. This is a online test and it is a national wide entrance test.
    >>MAT is a management aptitude test conducted by AIMA-New Delhi, to get admissions in to business schools in India.Almost all the business schools except IIMs are accepting MAT entrance test score in India. This entrance test is conducted four times in a Year.i.e.February,May ,September, December etc..

If one want to get admission in to MBA course, then you must be completed your graduation from recognized university with 50% of marks and if you are belonging to SC and ST then 45% of marks are enough.there is no age limit.

    Hi

MBA and UPSC are two different fields and you would be playing different roles if you take either.

There is no connection between them.

I am listing some details on each. Please read along, and then I would give my final suggestion.

    >> MBA is the Master's in Business Administration. Its is a 2 year long Full time post graduation course aimed at creating Corporate Professionals.

Some of the best courses under it are : MBA Finance, HR, Sales and Marketing, Retail, Hotel, International Business, Entrepreneurship etc..

And some of the best institutes for the same are : IIM's, IIPM, AIMA, etc.

    >> Now the UPSC (Union Public Service Commission) is the government body responsible for conducting all the different exams in our country relating to either future education or government posts employment.

If you wish to apply for IAS, IPS, Civil Service Exams, then you would have to prepare for these exams them being one of the toughest post graduation entrance exams.

    >>> The main difference between these is that for MBA you would have to continue your academics. And if you get selected in UPSC, then your whole life is set being a government servant.

I would recommend MBA, and then you can get a job in one of the top MNC'S. The UPSC has got reservation and moreover a lot of candidates apply in it, so the chances are bleak.

Rest the decision is up to you.

    All the best.
