According to my opinion B.tech is more better than integrated M.Sc. because btech is the latest course related to technolgy and the chance to get place is greater than M.SC integrated. so i will suggest to get admission in B.tech.

according to me among M.Sc and B.Tech you should choose B.Tech biotechnology after 12th with PCM as your subjects
as because you cannot do the M.Sc course after the 12th board exam first you have to do the B.Sc and then only you can do the M.Sc
but then if you choose B.Tech you have got a lots of scope after completing it in the various field
you can get into the research and development works in foreign even
if you have not cleared any of the engineering entrance exam then according to me you should try the next year after preparing for the entrance exam well and get into hte most reputed collage to get good placement and knowledge ..

Donít think much about Textile right now.At this rank, you have a very good chance to get a good branch in Delhi,Mumbai,Chhenai or Kanpur. For the time being, donít consider Roorkee, Guwahati and Kharagpur.

Donít take admission in BITS!.Because you have a good enough rank to get into IIT and in a decent enough course.
