First of all, you have made your question very clear. It is unfortunate that this is happening.

You could try to contact the Student Support Services and Student Grievances at IGNOU. The address is as follows: Deputy Director, Student Service Centre, IGNOU, New Delhi-110 068, E-mail: ssc@ignou.ac.in, Telephone Nos. : 2953 3869, 2953 3870, Fax: 2953 5714. You could request them to look into this matter and issue the certificate at the earliest. The Examination Date-sheet is available at the Asstt. Registrar (Exam II), SR&E Division, IGNOU, Maidan Garhi, New Delhi-110 068.

Bachelor’s Preparatory Programme (BPP) is offered by the IGNOU University to those students who wish to do Bachelor’s Degree but do not have the essential qualification of having passed 10+2. As far as BPP is concerned it is not treated equivalent to +2, it enables a student to get a graduation from IGNOU and there is no separate certificate that is awarded for BPP by the university.

IGNOU’s Bcom degree course is recognized equalent to similar degree course from any other university. It is found that many universities do not make any distinction between the two types of graduation and thus BPP course shouldn't necessarily affect your career. So even you don’t have the certificate you can show your Bcom certificate for getting job in Government or private sector and still you face any problem you can write a letter to the Director SR&ED, IGNOU stating your difficulty.

I also done bcom from ignou after doind bpp cource.And not get any certificate. I think it is not Eqilent to +2.

Can C.A. / C.S. courses can be done after doing bpp for two years in ignou??

i have not recieved my ignou first year marks sheet

I gave the BPP exam & got passed but without issuing any certificate or marks sheet they have enrolled me in B.Com
I asked here in Study center (Riyadh-KSA) they said there is no certificate issuiung for BPP.

never expect any certificate or help from IGNOU authorities. Once you do BPP, you are only responsibile to convince your employer(govt or private) which will be a herculean task. My advice is that approach the court, if some body denies your candidature.
