It varies from university to university.

JNTU university:

B.Tech [Duration 4 years]
Fee- Rs.30,000 [Annual Fee] , [with out exam fee and library fee]

SRM University:

B.Tech [Duration 4 years]
Fee - Rs. 1,50,000 [Annual fee]

VIT University:

B.Tech [Duration 4 years]
Fee - Rs. 1,10,000 [Annual fee]

KIIT University:

B.Tech [Duration 4 years]
Fee - Rs. 55,000 [Semester fee-Two Semester per years]

In BITS:



IIT Bombay:

B.Tech Course Fee Details :

Different Universities have different fee details for B.Tech courses
Tuition Fee : Rs.89,000 / Annum
Special Fee : Rs. 21,000 / Annum
Special fee including Examination fee , library fee , net , ...etc)

btech is one of the professial courses.in this you have different branches like cse,ece,eee,it,aeronautical,mechanical.you have good chance of having a bright future. the feestructure for the btech course is changing every year.the fee at present is rs 32,500 /-.it may increase this year.but there is fee reuimbersment scheme so as to provide a free seat for you.if your family income is below one lakh then you can apply for free seat
