NET stands for National Eligibility Test.


NET exam conducted by the UGC(University Grants Commission) twice in a year.


Eligibility criteria:-

The candidate should be complete master's degree with a minimum of 55% of marks from any recognized university.

Final year appearing candidates are also eligible.

5% of marks relaxation for SC/ST candidates.


You must be an Indian citizen.


Age criteria:-

The age limits for JRF(Junior Research Fellowship) are 19 years to 28 years and 3 years relaxation for OBC and 5 years for SC/ST candidates.


There is no age limits for Lectureship.

## It is sorry to say that, you are not eligible to apply for NET examination with your B.E qualification
## NET(National Eligibility Test) examination is conducted by University Grants Commission twice every year in JUNE & DECEMBER months
## The minimum educational qualification required to apply for NET EXAM is POSTGRADUATION(masters degree) with atleast 55% of marks & 5% marks relaxation for SC/ST candidates
## Final year postgraduate students are also eligible to apply for NET EXAM
## Age limit to apply for Junior Research Fellowship is 19-28 years & the age relaxations are as per government rules
## Minimum age limit to apply for Lecturership is 19 years & there is no maximum age limit

If not, what further education you will suggest me to do, so that i can apply for NET. And college for pursuing the same.
