well dear first of all it depend on the university whether on which condition it gives you.
generally major univerties provide a limited time to clear backlogs.

It is the duty to clear it properly in a given period.
If you are able to clear your backlogs you are then enrolled into a regular course.
I not then you may even lose provisional one.

I prefer you to clear your backlog first seriously and then you try dirctly into thr regular one.

Dear friend.
Having a backlog is just like having a compartment. To become eligible for any honours or a regular bachelor degree one has to clear his or her backlogs. There are certain universities which provide admission to the backlogging students too.
But for that you have clear your all of them in a particular time period or in a particular number of attempts. This type of admission is called provisional admission. If you are able to clear the backlogs within a particular time or attempts then you are admitted into the regular degree otherwise your name is struck off the roles of provisional admission even.

So I would advice you to prepare well and clear all your backlogs quickly and then take up the honours degree so as for your bright future and success.

Hi friend,

Yes, if you have backlogs you can get Provisional Honors Degree valid for some time.
Before that you have to clear all your backlogs , then your original degree will be issued to you.
It also depends upon different universities , if university allows Provisional degree with backlogs then you will be able to apply for it.
So approach Examination department of your college for getting information regarding provisional marks sheet .

HI,
if you got any backlogs in any semester then try to remove all backlogs before completing last sem exam. if you have cleared all you backlogs then you can get Honours Degree but for getting Honours Degree you have to break the percentage barrier that is decided by according to your branch.
