First if you have to know that all medical exams like AIIMS,AFMC
and PMT are over now,there is only one paper for all india which is named as UGC-NEET and this paper is conducted by CBSE which conducts PMT before..
Secondly you have asked about salary of a Doctor,Then dear I must say that Salary of doctors differs as there professional and Experience.
-but pay starts from 75000-150000
Now you can decide yourself what is its scope and its future.
