yes,you can do BCOM since you are a 12th passed with 63%.the minimum marks percentage to join to BCOM is 50%.so you are above that.so you are absolutely eligible to join BCOM.but i am informing that nowadays BCOM course have high demans as majority of the commerce students opt BCOM for their graduation.so seats availability is very less.so the colleges prefer higher scored candidates for admission.as you have an average marks the chance is moderate to get an admission in regular mode.so you can opty correspondance too from a reputed university

There are other course also in which you are eligible like, BBA, BCA,NDA etc

You can also do B.com with these marks..
Because I think the minimum criteria is 45% marks in Intermediate means in 12th class...
So i think you full fill these criteria as you have 60% Marks.
So you are eligible...

You eligible for the b.com hons after completing 12 with 63% . The eligibility of the b.com course is 50% in recognized board . The commerce are preference first .There are number of college offering b.com course so soon apply for that course .

B.com is a commerce course and have good scope.But joining b.com requires some qualities of students as you must have clear concepts in accounatancy and economics subjects. Never think that this is a commerce stream so it did not need your concentration,attention and panctuality,each and every course is playing a major role in todays comptitive world,so be panctual and make full concentrate on studies.You are eligible for such type of course. Eligiblity-Eligiblity required that a candidate must be +2 pass with good marks in any stream.
