    To write IAS Examination the candidates must have Graduation Degree .

    IAS examination is conducted by UPSC .
    UPSC every year conducts Civil Services Exam.
    Civil Services Examination is conducted in two phases :
    Preliminary Exam
    Mains Exam.

    The candidates first have to clear Preliminary Examination.
    The Preliminary Examination is objective type .
    It has two paper and both are objective type.

    The candidates age must be 21 years to 30 years.

    Age relaxation is given to reserved category candidates .

    The No of attempts permitted :
    Gen 4 ,OBC 7 and Sc/St no limit.

    Can I write IAS exam after completing CA IPCC?

    Im lokesh I have completed my ca-ipcc my age is 20yrs now.I did'nt have any degree. Is ca-ipcc is eligible to write ias examination? i want to write the examination in 2013 and for that date i have the age limit also
