To apply for the E and I level you just need to be a graduate in any discipline.
Even diploma degree holders can also apply.

To apply for D level one needs to have B.Sc degree in computer science. Any software related degree or graduate in any stream with computer science as the main subject are also eligible to apply.

To apply for the G level A four years B.Tech degree is required.

Thus with this marks you are eligible to apply for CDAC exam.

CDAC exam is conducted by two centers Pune and Hydrabad. Each conducted twice a year.
