is a diploma holder in computer engg from government college approved by A.I.C.T.E from maharashtra board eligible to take admission in IIT

you can not take admission to iitjee through lateral entry.
you can appear for iitjee after diploma approved by aicte but you will take admission to 1st year
also questions of the exams shall be that from 12th standard and not from your diploma
