Is there any university which offers Masters course in mathematics for non mathematics (12th) students? If not M.Sc, is there any other path through which I can study mathematics in part time or distance mode?

I am an IT professional with 8 years of experience. My educational qualifications are as below:
1. BCom (Mumbai University)
2. MBA (ICFAI University)
3. Higher Diploma in Software Engineering (APTECH Ltd.)

As part of my professional growth, I want to obtain a degree in Mathematics as major like M.Sc (Maths) etc. However the eligibility criteria for none of the courses permit me to do so because I did not have mathematics in my 12th std. However, I had mathematics in my 13th (FYBcom). Am I eligible to apply for a course in Mathematics for any university? If MSc is not the path, is there any other path that I can pursue? I want to grow in the field of Mathematics as a proficient expert in the field of Pure and Applied Mathematics. Kindly help me find a solution. I want to do the course either part time or distance as I will not be able to quit my job for a full time study.
