    Dear ,

    Yes,you will be eligible to apply for CTET(Central Teacher Eligibility Test) Conducted by CBSE.
    In order to apply for this exam,the eligibility required are :-

    Educational qualification :-

    For Primary Stage :-
    ~Your minimum qualification should be 10+2 passed out from recognized board.
    ~You should have a primary teacher training degree/B.Ed degree from recognized university.

    For Secondary Stage :-
    ~Your minimum qualification should be Graduation passed out from recognized university.
    ~You should have a B.ED Degree from recognized university.

    Marks :-
    ~Your minimum marks in 10+2/Graduation should be 50%.
    ~Your minimum marks in B.ED Should be 45%.

    There is no age limit for CTET Examination . . .

    CTET is a Central Teacher Eligibility Test.

    In this there is following post-


    Teacher(for classes I to V): Primary Stage

    Teacher(for classes Vi to VII): Elementary Stage


    Eligibility according to the Primary Stage:

    Graduation of two years Diploma in Elementary education.

    At least 45% of marks in Diploma or Bachelor Elementary Education.


    Eligibility according to Elementary Stage:

    Graduation with at least 50% marks in Diploma or Bachelor Elementary Education or B.ed.


    Important Dates:

    Sale of Application Form:5th Nov to 25th Nov 2011

    Online registration opening:1 November 2011

    Closing:25 Nov 2011

    Last date for receipt of Application form in CBSE(Central Board of Secondary education):30 Nov 2011 both online and offline

    Date of written test exam :29 Jan 2012

    Paper I: 10 am to 11:30 pm

    PaperII : 1 pm to 2:30 pm


    Application Fee:

    For SC/ST it is 250/- Rs

    For General and OBC it is 500/-Rs


    Pattern of Exam:

    This will be an objective type questions.

    There will not be negative marking.

    No, you are not eligible for CTET exam with M.SC (computer science). Eligibility for this exam is :
    1.Minimum Qualifications for becoming Teacher for Classes I-V: Primary Stage

    Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or
    appearing in final year of 2- year Diploma in Elementary Education (by
    whatever name known)
    OR
    Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 45% marks and passed or
    appearing in final year of 2- year Diploma in Elementary Education (by
    whatever name known), in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms
    and Procedure), Regulations, 2002.
    OR
    Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or
    appearing in final year of 4- year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed).
    OR
    Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or
    appearing in final year of 2- year Diploma in Education (Special Education)*.
    OR
    Graduation and passed or appearing in final year of two year Diploma in
    Elementary Education (by whatever name known).

    2. Minimum Qualifications for becoming Teacher for Classes VI-VIII: Elementary Stage

    Graduation and passed or appearing in final year of 2-year Diploma in
    Elementary Education (by whatever name known).
    ORGraduation with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in 1-year
    Bachelor in Education (B.Ed).
    OR
    Graduation with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in 1- year
    Bachelor in Education (B.Ed), in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition
    Norms and Procedure) Regulations issued from time to time in this regard.
    OR
    Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or
    appearing in final year of 4- year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed).
    OR
    Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or
    appearing in final year of 4- year B.A/B.Sc.Ed or B.A.Ed/B.Sc.Ed.
    OR
    Graduation with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in 1-year B.Ed(special education).

    dear frnd,
    as u mention that u r not done B.ed then u are not eligible for CTET exam, because for CTET exam u need to have a graduation with B.ed as compulsory and in B.ed u have to score minimum 50% marks.
    This CTET exam is conducted by CBSE for teachers, and u can fill this form via online also the official website.

    hello,
    To apply for CTET a candidate should complete B.ED successfully with at least 50% marks.
    Dear, at first u have to do B.ED either regular (one year) or correspondence (two years) with at least 50 % marks.
    The notifications for CTET are categorized in third grade, second grade and first grade on the basis of classes to be taught as (1st - 5th) ,( 6th -8th) and (9th- 12th) respectively.

    You cannot appear for CTET exam with this qualification. In order to apply for this exam, a graduation or post graduation degree is essential. Along with this, a B.Ed is compulsory. You have to score 50% marks in B.Ed course so as to apply for CTET exam. Notifications about this exam will be published in the official website. You can apply for the same via online. You will have to clear this exam with a good score. This will help you apply for teaching jobs in central schools like KVS, NVS etc. You can apply for PGT post with PGT qualification.
