No ,dude you can not paper in IPCC stage with this percentage.

Chartered Accountant provides three stages ,

You can register in CPT after 12th
and who clear CPT Can register in IPCC:

But to register direct in IPCC there are two condition:

1. If you are graduate in commerce ,then IPCC needs 55% marks to register directly into IPCC.

2. If you are non commerce graduate than ipcc needs 60% marks.

And you percentage is not enough for IPCC ,so You can not register in IPCC.

Please try for other course,

You can appear in CSAT examination .

No you are not eligible to apply for CA IPCC as you percentage is very low in comparison to specified percentage.

The government has now allowed a new rule for graduates students that they may directly apply for IPCC level if had completed graduation.

For commerce graduate the specified percentage is 55%
and
For non commerce the specified percentage is 60%.

The CA is a highly professional course.
And after completing this course you have good job opportunity in private as well as public sector .

The CA course consist if three stages:
CPT
IPCC
and finally CA.

The starting sally of CA are RS 25000 to Rs 30000.

You may also earn more when you become professional of CA .
You can earn more and more based on your capability.

Graduates are eligible to apply for CA IPCC. But, it is necessary for commerce graduates to score at least 55% marks so as to apply for this. Non commerce graduates need to score 60% marks in this level. In this case, you have scored only 47% marks in graduation so you are not eligible to opt IPCC. In such cases, the next option will be do PG course. Try to score the required marks in this level so that you can join IPCC. Complete practical training program involved in this level as well to join for final CA course.
