    No,you are not eligible
CS course is possible when you complete your gradution. You will need to register for the foundation course. You can apply for the same once you have your 12th result. The cost of the foundation course is Rs 3600/-. You will need to clear four subjects i.e. business communication, economics, accountancy and law. It will depend on you whether you are able to clear all the papers in the first attempt. The exams are held twice a year. You can purchase the prospectus for Rs 200 for further details.

Company secretary is basically a distance learning programme.
It consists of 3 stages :- Foundation; Executive; and Professional Program.
Foundation course is the entry to CS course.
The eligibility for foundation course is senior secondary
    examination i.e; 10+2 exam.
There is no minimum percentage requirment and this course
can be taken at any age.
Private candidates are also eligible for this course.
