because for MBA hrd requires
1-ability to deal with all kinds of people

3-the 4 C's i.e creativity,calmness,conceptually sound andconvincing ability
so i guess you have all the above qualities ...

Eligibility:

You should have a degree from a recognized university
You must have atleast 50% through out your academics
You can write if you are in final year also
If you have any backlogs left, then you are not eligible
