About CDAC :

Centre for development of advanced computing is premier Research and Development organization under the department of information technology govt. of India.

Eligibility :

DESD (Diploma in Embedded Systems Design) : Engineering Degree (UG / PG) in Electronics / Electrical / Electronics & Communication / Electronics & Instrumentation / Computer Science & Engineering / Computer Engineering / Information Technology / M.Sc Electronics / M.Sc Instrumentation with higher second class (55% and above) in the final degree.

DSSD (Diploma in System Software Development) & DABC ( Diploma in Advanced Business Computing) : An Engineering Degree (UG / PG) in Electronics / Electrical / Electronics & Communication / Electronics & Instrumentation / Computer Science & Engineering / Computer Engineering / Information Technology / MCA / M.Sc Computers with higher second class (55% and above) in the final degree.

For E & I levels:

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in any field/diploma in Engineering or equivalent from a recognised university/institute.

For D level:

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree/ 3 year’s diploma in Computer Science or graduation in any stream with relevant experience/training in IT field. For details regarding eligibility criteria of D level refer to the link: D Level Eligibility

For G level:

Candidates should have an engineering degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Technology / Electronics / Telecommunication / Electrical / Instrumentation or a Master’s degree in a Computer Science field(MCA, M.Sc. (Comp Science.), M.Sc. (IT), MCS, MCM) or PGDST or FPGDST or APGDST from C-DAC, Mumbai or Electronics City, Bengaluru.

You can apply for CDAC exam so as to get admission for various diploma courses offered by CDAC. You can apply definitely for this exam with an M.Sc qualification. You need to score 60% marks in M.Sc course so as to apply for the same. Notifications about this exam will be given in CDAC official site. You can apply for this exam on that basis. You need to qualify this exam so as to join for diploma courses in CDAC. You need to focus on technical subject concepts as well as aptitude oriented questions as part of preparation for this exam.
