M.Sc Microbiology emphasizes on the study of different microorganism and its effect on human being. This course gives both theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of microbiology. After the completion of course you can find many vacancies in hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, in agricultural research, etc. M.Sc Molecular biology emphasizes on the study of molecular structure of various constituents of cell and organism. This filed helps in finding the causes of many diseases. After the completion of this course you can find opportunities in various research labs. Both the courses are equally good and have different career prospects. You should choose a field according to your area of interest and where you can show your caliber.
