Hello dear,
I do not think getting admitted in B.Com will be a problem for you. But you did not mention the other subject combination for your 12th standard. B.Com does not only have mathematics in it. It also includes foreign trading or economics or accounts etc. So did you have any of that kind of commerce related subjects in your 12th standard. If not then, colleges might have a problem in taking you as their candidate. It differs from college to college. There are distance B.Com facilities like that in Ignou, that does not have such restrictions.
But when it comes to regular universities like CU, JU, they have certain norms to follow stipulated by the government. So they impose a lot of
restrictions on the candidates while taking their admissions into their stipulated courses. So a lot of application for colleges by candidates get rejected at the very beginning, which does not match with their norms. So check which college you want to go regular or distance for a B.Com course.

1.Candidate must have completed 12th COMMERCE with MATHEMATICS from any recognized Board.

Yes,
You can do BCOM.
In Bcom You can subject matter of previous education is not problem.
Bcom is 3 year graduation.
it requires 12th std with any stream.
So,
You are eligible for BCOM.

Yes it is possible to take computer science instead of maths.
There is no issue of subjects that you have done in 11th & 12th.
But if you are planning to do B.Com honors then it would be for your benefit to go for maths other wise there is no problem.

To do the B.COM after 12th with COMPUTER SCIENCE as subject instead of MATHS you must have some educational qualification and that is given below.

You must have done 12th class or higher secondary in COMMERCE/ MATHEMATICS from any recognized Board.

Your age must be above 17 years.
