My education qualification is 10th and I have done BA (History) in Open University from Annamalai University and I am serving in Army and looking forward to retire from the Army. Can I write TNPSC Group II exam based on my education. If not, can I permit to attend the exam on the basis of certificate issued by Army on my retirement which is equlent to Degree?
