The obvious best option is Master in Computer Application (MCA).
This is because you have quite a few years of experience in the same field.
You also have a hands-on in the same academic domain.
You will surely be able to relate the course's study with what you know and what you retain from BCA since last few years.

And the job that you are doing now, surely that would be a descent job, but some more academics onto it will enlarge your work avenues.
You may get additional responsibility after completing your Masters.
Your job status would definitely enjoy more respect than ever.

Apart from this, if your current job, has any prospective position that you wish to achieve, you can also study in the according field so as to achieve the specific post.

Or you may also take a management career, if you want to take up a managerial role, you can go for Master in Business Administration (MBA) in the field of your choice.
This will take you away from technicality and towards management.

    All the best!!!
    Choose well!!!

    Hello friend
You can fyrther continue yor studies as you have options still open for you

1st option is that you can do MCA. An MCA may provide you a better salary job and you would be equivalent to a BTech degree holder. Further if you want to improve your career prospects, you can do M Tech after doing MCA. This will surely enhance our career.

2nd option is MBA. See if you don't want to go in technical field, you can go for management. An MBA is a nice option and has become a necessity these days. It promises you a better future along with high salary jobs.

3rd option is you can go in administrative services like IAS, IPS etc.

so all depends on our future career plans...you are provided with various options.........
    Just make the right choice..
    REGARDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

MCA is the best option for you after completed B.C.A and Correspondence course is equivalent to regular course(except some MNC'S not hire the candidate who did the Correspondence course as a fresher )

You can go for MCA or MBA for better options.....no need to do any correspondence course but go for MBA or MCA.....if you can score well in MBA/MCA you have no need to search a job...because there is bright carrier jobs after completing this degree.
