Your decision should be based on your career aspirations. You need to analyse your strengths for the same. M.Tech is apt for those interested in a technical job. You need to appear for GATE to secure admission to this course. MBA is suitable for those interested in administrative roles. You can take GRE if you wish to pursue MS abroad. By taking GATE you can apply for M.Tech and also for jobs in companies like ECIL, ISRO etc. To score well in this exam you need to make sure that the time available is used optimally.
