    There are three stages to pursue Cost Accountant course :
    1. Foundation Course
    2. Intermediate Course
    3. Final Course
    ADMISSION TO FOUNDATION COURSE
    Minimum qualification is 10+2 examination recognised by the Institute


    . The subjects for Foundation Course are :
    Paper 1 Organisation and Management Fundamentals
    Paper 2 Accounting
    Paper 3 Economics and Business Fundamentals
    Paper 4 Business Mathematics and Statistics Fundamentals

    THE INSTITUTE OF COST AND WORK ACCOUNTS OF INDIA (ICWAI) associates itselfes industrial and economic development of the nation.

    As you want to go for intermediate course , you should be 18+ or 18 years old and should have passed degree examination or if your results are about to declare you can apply for provisonal admission.

    Hey there the eligibility for ICWA intermediate
    1 The person's age should be more than 18 years.
    2 The person should have completed their Graduation from a recognized University (UGC) or equivalent.
    3 The people who are awaiting their Third year result can also apply for provisional admission.

    There are only 2 eligibility criteria for ICWA Exam of intermediate course. Age limint and minimum education qualification

    Eligibility for Admission:

    Candidate should be of minimum 18 years of age; and
    Candidate must passed degree Examination of any recognised University or equivalent.

    So, to apply for intermediate level exam, you must have a bachelor degree from the recognised colleges and your age should not less than 18 year.

    Eligiblity criteria for ICWAI - INTERMEDIATE COURSE -

    - For Intermediate course, you need a bachelor degree from a recognised university And your age should be 18 years, Only then you will get admission in Intermediate course.

    Final year appearing candidates will also get admission in this course on provisional basis. The examination are held 2 times in a year, first in the month of June and next in december. The application form was availiable in the Regional Councils of ICWAI so you can purchase from there, the list of regional centers are availiable in the official website.

    The cost of Prospectus is 200 Rs and the registration form was availiable in the official website of ICWAI. So please visit the ICWAI official website for complete information -

    For doing ICWAI you have to be a graduate.
    After your graduation you can take entrance exam for ICWAI.
    As you paas the exam you will be eligible for the course.

    ICWAI - Institute of Cost and Work Accountants of India.


    There are 2 stages in ICWAI namely

    Foundation course

    In the foundation course the candidate faces 6 subjects with each of 4 papers and the candidate must get at least 40% in each paper to be passed and a total of 50% aggregate in all the papers.

    This is one of the best Proffesional cource.
    Eligibility-
    there was three stages for becoming ICWAI.
    1-Foundation
    2-Intermediate(stage 1,2)
    3-Final(stage 3,4).
    With completing/practitioner ICWAI you must complete 3 year articleship.
    After 12th pass you get first admition to Foundation course, registration fee Rs.3500.
    After Bacthelor degree(T.Y.....) there was exemption for foundation course, you get directly admission to Intermediate stage, registration fee Rs.20600/.
    there was semistar pattern exam June/Dec.(11th-18th) for every year.

    Any candidate who is over 18 years of age can apply for the course. But this is provided that they satisfy the education qualification criterias. You should have a degree from a recognised institute. You can apply if you are awaiting results too. The prospectus will cost you Rs 200/-. All the requirements will be clearly stated in the book. You can choose between Postal and Oral coaching. If you choose to go for Postal coaching then the same will cost you Rs 7000/-. The Oral coaching course will cost Rs 11000/-. You will need take a demand draft for the same.

    For admission in ICWA of intermediate course,you must have a bachelor's degree from a recognized university and minimum age must be 18yrs.
