    NET : National Elligibity Test .
    UGC every year two times conducts the examination of NET .

    The candidates must regulary check UGC website for NET examination details .
    The examination is conducted two times in the months of June and December .

    The candidates must completd post graduation with 55%:

    and 5 %is relaxable for Sc/St candidtes .

    Yes you are eligible to apply for NET examination.

    For this you must have done post gradations in your Desired subject minimum passed with 55% from a recognized university.


    The examination is conducted for two post:
    Lectruer post
    Junior research fellowship.

    Age limit:
    for JRF post:
    Maximum age limit is 28 years and after you can not apply for it.

    For lectruer post:
    no upper age is specified.

    The candidates who have scored less than 55 % are not eligible to apply for this examination.

    The NET examination is conducted by UGC every year two times in the month of June and December.

    You have to fill the examination application form online.
    Through bank challan you have to pay the fees.

    The procedure for filling application form is available on ugc official website.

    Can i apper for net exam after 40 years of my age. I am willing to become a lecturer in future.

    which person have completed MA In Part TIme .could have not apply for net Exam ?

    I have completed B.com on 2001 and M.a English on 2011. I have got first class in M.A. Am i eligible to NET.
    Let me know soon. why means I am cross major. that's why ask u.

    Yes , You are applicable for NET Exam.

    NET stands for National Eligibility Test.It will be conduct twice time in a year.

    Those candidate have completed masters degree from recognized university are eligible for NET exam.

    For general and OBC candidate must be hold 55%above in masters degree. SC/ST candidate must be hold 50% above in masters degree.

    Part time course are not eligible for NET exam.

    For Junior research fellowship course your age must be in between 19 to 28 years.

    For lectureship ,There is no upper age limit but the Minimum age is 19 years.

    NET exam is conduct because of govt college lecturer and PHD entrance.

    From june session of NET exam , they have changed the Pattern. Hole Paper is contain Multiple type question.Also there is no negative marking.

    I did M.A in english Literature(Hons.) and history and I had scored 50.88% and Than i persued PGDBA with speciality in H.R from Symbiosys,Pune through Correspondance and there i scored 73% marks.Am i Eligible for NET exam? If yes than in which subject M.A level's English or PGDBA's level ,H.R?Please reply?
