Yes off course you can do CS(Company secretary) course after completing your Bachelors in Business Administration.
The minimum qualification that is required in order to pursue this course is that you must have a higher secondary
certificate.
CS is basically a course designed to enable candidates to acquire knowledge about the modern concept of
being a secretary.This position holds a special significance in the whole company as many of the confidential
matters are handled by company secretaries.

this course having three sections -
1) Foundation
2) Executive
3) Professional

ELIGIBILITY FOR COMPANY SECRETARYSHIP --

1) IF YOU PASS THE 12TH CLASS OR IF YOU GIVE THE PROOV TO PASS 12TH WITH IN SIX MONTHS SO YOU CAN APPEAR IN THIS EXAM .

2) IF THE CANDIDATES HAS PASSED THE FOUNDATION COURSE THEY WOULD NOT BE LESS THAN 17 YEARS OLD , ON THIS SITUATION THEY CAN BE APPEAR IN EXECUTIVE LEVEL

Yes, you can do Company Secretary after your BBA.

Company Secretary course is divided into three parts :

• Foundation Programme
• Executive Programme
• Professional Programme

>>The minimum education qualification required for Foundation is a pass certificate in Higher Secondary
>>There is no passing percentage required and hence you should have only passed your 12th.
>>There is no minimum or maximum age limit.

Since, you are talking about admission after BBA, you will get exemption from Foundation Programme.

>>In order to get admission in Executive Programme you must pass your BBA.

The Executive Programme is further divided in to two modules consisting of three papers each.

Executive Programme

1. General and Commercial Laws
2. Company Accounts, Cost and Management Accounting
3. Tax Laws

>>Module II

There are three levels in the CS course Foundation, Intermediate, and Final course. The candidates can apply for the foundation course after completing the 12th class. There is a relaxation for candidates who have completed graduation. These candidates can enroll for the second level i.e. intermediate level. Since, you are a graduate you can directly apply for the intermediate course. After getting through the intermediate course, the candidates become eligible for the final level of CS course. Hence, you can definitely join for the CS course as it has ample scope.
