i think you should contact the university from which you have passed the CA inter 1 st group and see if they could let you continue there, Anywhere outside you will have to apply from the start

I COMPLETED MY COMMERCE GRADUATION IN THE YEAR 1988 WITH 53 % . I GOT REGISTRATION IN THE
INSTITUTE AND ALSO COMPLETED THE THREE YEARS ARTICLE SHIP TRAINING. I ALSO PASSED THE CA
INTER 1ST GROUP IN THE YEAR 1992. AFTE THAT I COULD NOT APPEARED IN THE EXAMS & CAME INTO
THE JOB.SIR CAN I RESTART THE CA . IF YES WHAT THE EXEMPTIONS CAN I GET. WHETHER OF THE
PAPERS PASSED. ARTICLESHIP. AND ALSO WHAT THE PROCEDURE SHOULD I ADOPTED TO GET
REGISTARTION.
