The selection of the course depends on the attitude and interest of the candidate. If the candidate is keenly interested in programming, they can go with M.Tech in software engineering. M.Tech in computer science is much broader when compared to SE. The candidate can get in to diverse areas of computer science after completing the course. They can get either into academic sector or in to software sector jobs. The candidate can expect adequate career growth and rewarding salary through both the courses.
