Civil services is mainly suitable for those students who want to contribute something for the development of their country. The students should have the passion and potential
to present his thoughts and ideas and to use them for the development of the nation. You must be tactful, intelligent, enthusiastic and hard working if you want to pursue
this exam and want to be an IAS.The exam is conducted by UPSC(Union public service commission).

The procedure to become a chartered accountant can be explained as follows:
    1)Preliminary exams-
This is the first level. The form for applying for the exam are available at post offices and you can get from there. This exam is usually conducted in the month of June.
You need to have a lot of general knowledge and should be good at basic arithmetical calculations, if you want to clear this exam.Every year more than one lakh students
appear for the exam and only a few thousands are selected for the next phase.

    2)Mains exam-
If you would be able to qualify the preliminary exam, you would be eligible for this level. After the results for the preliminary exams are declared, this exam is conducted all over India.
The candidates are required to choose subjects according to their own preference. And mostly students select subjects which they have already studies during graduation.

    3)Interview-
This is the final and the most crucial stage in the process to become an IAS. About a few hundred candidates remain after clearing this level and they are the only students
out of lakhs who appeared for the preliminary exams. The answers can be given in either English or Hindi according to your choice. You need to give each and every answer
with very skill and patience as your selection depends on the interviewer.
