The ICMR i.e Indian Council of Medical Research is an Exam for PH.d research program.
To write This Exam you need to have M.Sc/MA with 55% for General and OBC -- 50% For SC/ST .

SYLLABUS OF ICMR EXAM:

Pattern Of the Exam consists of 2hrs Duration paper with section A,B and C.

Section A is Aptitude and Section B and C is of Life science and Social Science.

Section A is having 50 questions,Aptitude Consists of Scientific phenomena, G.K in Sciences and Common Statistics.

As per as Your choice.Either you can Opt for Section B Or Section C.

Syllabus Topics For Life Sciences:
Microbiology,Physiology ,Molecular biology,Genetics,Human nutrition,Human biology,Biotechnology ,Biochemistry,Biophysics,Immunology Pharmacology,Zoology,Botany,Veterinary science,Bio-informatics

Syllabus Topics For Social Sciences:
Psychology, Sociology,Home sciences,Statistics,Environmental sciences,Anthropology,Social work,Health economics
