    first of all what ever you know well read it , and which you know nill dont touch it at the time of exam it will create tension may be possible which you know well may be forget.
    some of the tips for you --



    1) Be cool and calm before and at the time of exam
    2) duration of exam drink water timely , it will helps to revised the matter .
    3) dont see here and there
    4) only concentrate whatever you have read
    5) dont study before 18 hrs of exam .
    6 ) be ralax

    Hi dude....

    Exam Tension:
    Now a days generally all the students are facing the problem of the exam tension as because the main reason is that they study before exams of about one month before and not from the starting of the academic year,this is the main reason every student is facing now a days the exam tension....
    It is better to start the preparation from the starting of the academic year and then you will not face any problems about the examination and you can coolly attempt the examination.....

    Tips to reduce the examination tension:
    >>Stop preparing before one hour of the examination and bee cool with out any tension
    >>Go to the examination hall before one hour and be cool minded and think positive about the examination
    >>Try to solve all the question papers before one month and try all most all the question papers before years to answer them as this kind of study reduce your work and tension,as repeated questions only will be coming in any examination...
    >>Do not feel nervous after seeing the question paper if you do not know the question of any of the question in the paper
    >>Attempt the questions perfectly which you know very well and be positive of securing the good marks,even if you do not know some of the questions...
    >>Before giving the question paper meditate for about 5 min and remember all the questions which you had prepared ,and bee cool
    >>Do not Change your answers even if you are perfect of that answer in the last minute keep the answers in the way you know and had prepared
    >>Do not respond to any one in the examination hall and bee cool minded and attempt the questions in which you are perfect

    Some times It feels that you can not get rid of this exam tension.

    but that is not true at all.

    if we wish we can get rid of this exam tension.

    if STUDENT study every day at least for one or one and a half hours.

    that way he/she can avoid last minute preparation and stress also.

    Remembering this that tension will not contribute any thing in my success can also help.

    As Rome is not build in one day so that study only for one day/fews days will not help.

    Studying regularly reduce tension of examination.

    the most important thing is that you should never rely on the last few days for preparation before the exams .moreover meditating on the lord and engaging on the religious activities also makes one relaxed. never bother if some topic is left and dont engage in learning that topic close to exams as it will produce tension. never go for guess papers.revise properly what u have studied earlier.

    HAI,
    You need to concentrate on particular things for 20 mins and next 20 seconds you need to watch a particular greeny area at a distance of 20 meter.
    This will provide a coolness to your eyes.
    Second tip for you is to Take a deep breathe for 10 mins then you can concentrate on your work when you feel like restless.

    Hiii......

    Exam Tension :

    This is one which will happen in everyone's life not for once but 2^n times i.e unlimited times.

    You can get Rid of your Exams when you get placed in any company as an Employee.

    Once you become an employee, then there is no word called "Exam" , here you will be attached with your own responsibilities.
    Responsibilities are common in one's life, but in case of Employee you are pressurized to do the work and feel it as a responsibility .

    If you are appearing for an examination, then please do not depend on " One Day Batting " i.e starting studying only the day before the Examination.
    This type of practice will make you tensed till you complete you exam and also till the results will come out.

    Just keep on studying in daily basis by dividing your syllabus into pieces and get on each piece every day individually.
    By doing so, you will not feel the syllabus is heavy and brings a confidence in you to appear for the examination .


    Remember : Confidence will make your Exam Tension disappear.

    When you are enough confident, then there is no possibility of the term "Tension' arising.

    Love the subject then you will automatically get interest on it, and you will be in a stage that you can answer to any question asked from that.

    EXAM TENSION - the thing that almost all students encounter with.
    But if you tackle it and see it in the right way: IT'S NOTHING.


    Take care of the following tips and your exam tension will fly away.

    1. Ensure that you concentrate on your class right from first day.
    This is so because half the problem is solved if you have your concepts strong right from beginning.

    2.Every day finish the portions taught then and there.

    3.During exam holidays devise an intelligent timetable.

    4. Allocate more time towards subjects that you are weaker in.

    5.Also make use of a reverse timetable ; that is studying first the subjects that come last in your exam.

    That is: if you have exams as Maths on monday, Science on Tuesday and Social on Wednesday study 1st Social ,then Science and Maths in holidays.

    6. Make a one-page note in which all formulae and important concepts are written shortly for you to revise.

    7.Avoid last minute preparations; they always lead to you to failure only.

    8. Dont start a new topic on the 11th hour. Better leave it as it may confuse your well known things too.

    9. Always write and practise the equations and formula that you feel difficult to memorise.

    10. Always be optimistic: Think positive.

    Exams are important but you should not be stressed out over a exam if you follow some steps ::

    1. Always study a little a day. Don't study everything at once. Maybe you can give like 15 minutes per day to preparing for the exam.

    2. Never leave studying until the last minute. This will stress you out more and if you are busy often, you will be more stressed out then ever.

    3. Be confident. If you studied and followed my steps the exam will be a breeze.

    4. Be prepared for anything. Being prepared for any questions will help you more if there is trick questions.

    5. Have fun!! To help make it fun, make cards with questions and answers on each side.

    Then ask a friend who is also taking the test to ask you a question. I you get it right you get points.

    Both of you can play. Whoever has the most points can win something.


    Impossible means I-aM-Possible . . .!!

    Exams had always been a great source of tension for Students.But this tension is also important for our success.Here I am providing you some tips to get rid of Exam tension.

    Tips to fight Exam tension:

    • Sound sleep of 6 to 8 years is a must for better results.
    • Eat light food during Exams,as heavy food would make you uncomfortable for both reading and learning.
    • You must take frequent breaks of 5 to 10 minutes after regular intervals in order to refresh your mind.
    • You must make a Time-Table for covering topics of your syllabus and it must be strictly followed by you.
    • Tension is a great evil,you must not take tension of irrelevant topics.
    • You must try to wake up early in the morning and must try to do some light exercises,this will make you active and fresh throughout the day.
    • You must drink water as much as possible in case of tension,as by drinking water you will get more oxygen and get relief from tension.
    • You must enjoy while preparing,it will help you in easy remembering of topics during exam time.



    You must try to follow the above points in order to face the Exam tension.

    EXAM TENSION...a feeling everone gets before writing a EXAM...the best solution for this is STUDY WELL for the EXAM...maximum students get tensed because whether they can write exam well or not..
    this is due to lack of confidence and nervousness during exam...
    so be confident and study well ..be cool during exam ..think positively everytime that increases confidence level and you can write exam well
    my advice is to not to do LAST minute STUDIES..it affects a lot...this the main reason everyone gets tensed during EXAM...so dont do that...be prepared for the exam anytime...
    TENSION will be there but be cool dont talk to anyone they may threaten you that exam is hard and blah blah...
    SO be prepare well for the exam ..be cool..be confident and you are done..!!

    Hi dude,

    Never feel tensed about the exam because of that tension you can not concentrate on your studies/preparation. when you fell tensed about the subject then strengthen your heart saying your self that nothing is impossible. Don`t under estimate your self.Try to avoid preparation when your in tension.Hear to some slow music to relax your mind.Try to study the chapters which you know don't start new topics at the last movement .

    The best way to get rid of exam tension is that you must have a planned schedule before the examination . Daily and regular practice of the topics relating to your subject before examination in a planned way will make you get rid of exam tension .
