    Hello Dear FRIEND,

Yes,Going for MBA course after gaining at least 2 years of work experience will be the best option where you will be having a huge scope to get good opportunities. In the admission process they will give more preference to the candidates who are having at least 2 years of work experience. so at this time if you attend directly without experience then they will give more preference to the work experience candidates.
First try to get at least two years of work experience later you can go for MBA in top business schools, then it will be helpful you a lot to get good opportunities with huge packages.in the interview process companies will ready to give whatever the candidates from top business schools with 2 years of work experience demands from them.that is the importance for experienced candidates in the top business schools.

    Hi..
Your question is really very good & informative. You can pursue MBA with or without work experience but I personally recommend you to do after gaining an experience. Many of the Universities give much preference for students who have work experience. After completing MBA when you go for a job, importance is given for the experience. But in all the cases it is not so. Some companies & universities prefer to have experience. Vellore Institute of Technology(VIT) also gives importance for the work experience.
