Yes you can defiantly do it or apply for this exam.
Dear this eligibility is only graduation in any stream.
So you have gradution degree for this you can apply for this exam.
Dear this have to level entrance exam
1. National level entrance exam
which is conducted by any or many separately central university .
They both have individually entrance exam in any university.

2. State level entrance exam.
Which is conducted by one university. In state whole states university's entrance exam is conduct by any one university.
